1. The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entry.

2. All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any death, damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to loss of such person’s property.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date, and time for the event. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled for whatever reason.

4. Once the registration form has been duly processed, there shall be no fee refund for those participants who eventually do not take part for whatever reason.

5. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of sponsor’s good and services.

6. Price winners are required to wait at the designated winner’s holding area to collect their prize. The top 3 winners of both categories will be called upon during the prize-giving ceremony.

7. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss and / or damage to the belonging deposited at the baggage tent.

8. The Organizer will issue the t-shirt size as indicated in the registration form. Sizes are provided based on a first come first serve basis. In the event when the sizes are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with others sizes without prior notice.
